PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Multiple O/H maintenance and rebuild projects for EnWin Utilities in Windsor, Ontario.
B&M SCOPE OF WORK
Black & McDonald (B&M) was responsible for the Tecumseh Road East feeder extension, which included:
- Installation of new concrete poles
- Lowering 3 phase line in order to string in the new double circuit
- Installation of new SCADA switches
- Temporary line installed to supply a three phase radial line during construction
- Coordination of all switch, isolation outages, and power interruptions
- Transfer of all O/H secondary services
