B&M offices across Canada and the United States are preparing to welcome 50 new and returning interns to take up diverse opportunities. This year’s talented interns represent the best and brightest students and graduates from schools across North America as they partake in an engaging and impactful work experience while building a solid foundation for their careers.
Interns will be supported by Mentors who will share expertise in areas such as estimating, finance, energy and sustainability, IT, procurement, construction project management, and more. All mentors have participated in our in-house intern mentor training to prepare for the responsibility and commitment of mentoring. The training is also designed to ensure our mentors have the resources and support they need to provide our interns with a superior introduction to our company’s values and culture that will lead to a rich and productive work experience.
Our interns will arrive over the next few weeks and become quickly immersed in Black & McDonald’s projects, operations, and support services. We look forward to sharing the stories of our incredible interns and mentors as they make meaningful impacts on our job sites and offices over the coming months.
