Bell Let’s Talk Day serves as Canada’s national day for mental health

The awareness campaign began 13 years ago to end the stigma surrounding mental health and quickly grew to become the world’s largest conversation on the topic. We continue to commemorate the day as Canadians envision a world where mental health support is accessible to all.

This year, Bell Let’s Talk Day takes place on Jan. 25, and the campaign focuses on small daily actions we can take to build positive change in our communities.

Some ways you can participate in Bell Let’s Talk Day include:

  • Take part in conversations about mental health to help fight stigma
  • Support your well-being by practicing mental health strategies
  • Learn methods to support a friend struggling with mental health

Share your actions on social media using the #BellLetsTalk hashtag to encourage others to prioritize mental health!

On Bell Let’s Talk Day – and every day – Black & McDonald is committed to providing a work environment that prioritizes mental and physical health for our employees. B&M continues to take meaningful action to support employee wellbeing and access to mental health services.
